How and conditions for canceling the order
The order can be canceled 4 hours after completion of its confirmation, because if the product was manufactured or shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order
In the event that the customer wants to cancel the request at the time shown above, please contact customer service on WhatsApp in order to perform the cancellation procedures while providing the employee with the following information:
Full name and username of the application
In the event that the customer agreed to pay the amount of shipping and the order recovery fee, the request can be canceled because in the usual case the shipping fee will be on the store’s account (this procedure is not possible in the case of ordering special products like necklaces ingraved in)
